My Story
I’m so glad you’ve found your way to my blog. Here is a little information about me. I’m Kelly and a lover of DIY projects. I’m by no means a professional, but a person who enjoys eyeing an old piece of furniture and getting excited about the new life I can give to it.
In fact, my degree is in Psychology but I’ve realized it’s never too late to pursue your dreams. So here I am! I never really had one career and always tried to seek out work that really interested me.
I really dove into DIY projects a few years ago when I wanted to revamp my kids’ bedrooms. I have always felt I had a creative eye and thoroughly enjoyed testing out my ideas on my kids. From there, my passion only grew and I can’t get enough of it.
I’m a stay-at-home mom of three little ones and decided it was time to combine my love of DIY projects with my love of writing. For the past year, I have been doing freelance writing and decided it was time to go out on my own. There’s no time like the present.
I look forward to sharing my projects with you, along with some of my favorite products. I’m not perfect and will gladly show off my mistakes and when I’ve learned to do something different the next time. I’m a believer in learning as you go.
I’m not necessarily going for perfection, because I’m constantly learning better ways to do things. Please let me know if you have any tips or tricks when it comes to DIY projects. My inbox is always open!
